1. Services

Home Emergency Services provides emergency boiler repair and central heating services. Our services are delivered by Gas Safe registered engineers who are qualified to work on gas appliances and heating systems.

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance either by phone or through our website.

2. Bookings and Payments

Our fixed-price repair service is £114, which includes all parts, labour, and travel costs. Payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

If additional work is required beyond the scope of the initial repair, you will be informed and provided with a separate quote before any additional work is carried out.

You do not need an existing service plan or subscription to book a repair with us.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that information provided on our website and through our services is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

All repairs come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If issues arise with the work performed during this period, we will rectify them at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Home Emergency Solutions Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
